* Exclusions apply to additional hygiene, orthodontics, implants, specialist treatment, purely cosmetic work, non-clinical work and sedation fees.
** Documentation relating to the Practice Plan Privacy Notice and the Scheme Handbook, which details the Scheme Rules, benefit levels and what may or may not be considered, is available to view online at scheme.wdeas.co.uk/patients.
The provision of hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments. An initial administration fee of £9.50 will be collected with your first payment only. Prices correct at time of print.
